Havana

Who doesn't know this good old Havana? Havana which is also the name of a very famous rum. The one about whom I am going to speak to you is in the graveyard of Ixelles. I love this place, besides I am at least there one time a week. Why? To begin, there is a good ambience always, even if sometimes music seems to reattempt a bit extremely. Besides, by speaking about music, it is not to the taste of everybody, but in general, the rnb but more particularly the latin songs are in honour. On Sundays, for the amateurs, there are karaoké parties ! If you too want to test your success to the general public by singing Aline de Christophe, tear along there!

Otherwise, from Sunday till Thursday, there is the happy-hour from 20 h till 22 h, in the purchase of a cocktail, you accept the second free. Yes because in the havanna, they can find a tremendous number of drinks classic but also a card well provided with cocktail in any type! I have a good time in all to test them. They make pretty glasses, trimmed well with fruits and of colours, and if you are wise, the boss will give you perhaps even potato chips! Qui ne connait pas ce bon vieux Havana? Havana qui est également le nom d’un rhum très célèbre. Celui dont je vais vous parler se trouve au cimetière d’Ixelles. J’adore cette endroit, d’ailleurs j’y suis au moins une fois par semaine. Pourquoi? Pour commencer, il y a toujours une bonne ambiance, même si parfois la musique semble retenter un peu fort. D’ailleurs, en parlant de musique, elle n’est pas au goût de tout le monde, mais généralement, le rnb mais plus particulièrement les chansons latines sont à l’honneur. Le dimanche, pour les amateurs, il y a les soirées karaoké! Si vous aussi vous voulez tester votre succès auprès du grand public en chantant Aline de Christophe, foncez-y! Sinon, du dimanche au jeudi, il y a les happy-hour de 20h à 22h, à l’achat d’un cocktail, vous recevez le deuxième gratuitement. Oui car au havanna, on peut trouver énormément de boissons classique mais aussi une carte bien fournies en cocktail en tout genre! Je m’amuse à tous les tester. Ils font de jolis verres, bien garnis avec des fruits et des couleurs, et si vous êtes sages, le patron vous donnera peut-être même des chips! Havane club est un bar situé près du centre de Bruxelles.L'endroit est bien connu avec beaucoup de bars et petits restaurants autur.J'ai visité le bar pour première fois la semaine dernière pour la fête d'Halloween et c'était très bien passé. Il n 'est pas très grande de l'intérieur, mais il y a assez dе place pour danser et trois bars pour les boissons.Je ne suis pas sûr, mais normalement je pense que l'entrée est gratuite, cette fois, c'était 5 euros juste pour la fête d'Halloween peut être autrement je trouver les pris normals, 7 euros pour la vodka red bull et 2,50 pour la bière.Le bar a une bonne atmosphère les gens boivent et dancent toute la nuit :) A certain moment il y a trop de monde, le fumée du cigarets et la chaleur ne sont pas tres agréable,mais ce n'est pas quelque chose qu'on ne voit pas dans les autres bars a Bruxelles.La musique c'était un bon mix de R&B et house qui j'ai vraiment aimé.

Havana is a bar located closely to the center of Brussels,next to а big elevator.Its a good known area with plenty of bars and small restaurants around.I visited the bar two days ago for the Halloween party and was quite good.It's not very big from inside but there is enough space for dancing and
there are 3 bars for drinks.I'm not sure but normally i think the entrance is free this time was 5 euros may be just for the Halloween otherwise i find the prices normal 7 euros for vodka red bull and 2.50 for a beer.It's a good atmosphere mostly young people dancing and drinking all night long :) At some point it can be quite full and all the smoking and heat are really frustrating but its not something we don't see in the other bars.The music was a dace mix with popular house and R&B songs which i really enjoyed.... en lire plus

I went here a few weeks ago with some friends. I will say I wasn't all that impressed with the place...for one thing...it was REALLY HOT inside...it was difficult to enjoy much because I felt like I could not breath.

The atmosphere was decent, and the place was packed. The crowd looked fine as well...a typical mixed crowd that you would find in the Brussels City Centre...people from all over the world.

I can see how this place really does have potential, but for some reason I am not itching to go back at all...they charge you for an entrance fee too, which is fine if the place is really good...but in this case...I just felt like I had wasted €5.

I think if the place has a bit of a revamping, it could really work. As it is now though, it is not all that special.... en lire plus

Indeed this place is pretty unpleasant... the music is awful and the people are rude.
Je ne vous conseille pas d'y aller, les portiers sont désagréables et les serveurs pourraient prêter plus d'attention aux clients!... en lire plus

I have been to Havana a few times. After my last trip I will never return. There are a number of issues with this place. For one the bouncers are always overly aggressive and unwelcoming. Furthermore when you have bought your over priced cocktail and head for the dance floor you enter a sauna which is unbearable. No room to move. Latinos may argue that this is part of the caliente environment they need to be hot enough to move their hips. For me it is a little unpleasant..... en lire plus

I agree with Dan, just want to say that I've tried their food, and it's indeed very good! But the week is definitely better than the weekend, it's less packed, and the place is already very nice for office parties.
I organised one for 70 last Christmas, and it was really good.
As we rented the place we had some control over the music, the drinks were almost free (I negociated a forfait of € 20/person, so the equivalent of 3 cocktails - and we had at least 5 times more - for no extra money!)... en lire plus

This place used to be great, it had it's moment a few years ago but now it just really isn't worth it. They put on this really bad R'n'B music and it's always sweaty and packed. Last time I went it was on a Saturday and it was just a wasted night out. I must admit that I haven't tested the restaurant (it's a restaurant-bar) and each time I went it was on the weekend. I have a few friends who told me that during the week (especially thursdays) it is quite nice. I'll have to try it... I'll keep you posted.... en lire plus

Tired of all those "art-deco" bars and superclean cafeterias? Stop musing and visit a bar like this one: it could be hot, look a little dirty and the waiters look like they're deaf. Still, you can do whatever you want, don't have to complain about (tapped) beer and no one will bother you, as long as yoiu aren't too drunk. Only beware for one thing: there will be a stimulating feeling, more and more to stay til they kick you out. Recommend for student-like youth!
